Steps to Cancel Amazon Music Unlimited
Go to amazon.com and sign in to your account
Go to 'Account & Lists' → 'Memberships & Subscriptions' (or go directly to amazon.com/music/settings)
Find 'Amazon Music Unlimited' in your subscriptions
Click 'Cancel subscription' (or 'Cancel' under the Amazon Music section)
Amazon will show you what you'll lose and may offer a discounted rate — click 'Continue to cancel'
Select a reason for cancelling and confirm
You'll see a confirmation page with your last day of access
Open the Amazon Music app
Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right
Tap 'Amazon Music Unlimited' under your subscription
Tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts
If you subscribed through Apple, you'll be redirected to iOS subscription settings
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
Find Amazon Music and tap it
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
This only works if you subscribed through Apple's in-app purchase
