Frequently asked questions

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can keep watching until that date.

Can I pause my Fubo subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes. During the cancellation flow on the website, Fubo may offer a pause option. You can also contact support to pause your account for up to 3 months — useful if you only want to watch during certain sports seasons.

How do I know which platform I subscribed through?

Check your email for the original signup confirmation. If you're charged by Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon (not Fubo directly), you subscribed through that platform.

Can I get a refund?

Fubo typically does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Fubo support directly.

What happens to my DVR recordings?

All Cloud DVR recordings are deleted when your subscription ends. There is no way to recover them after cancellation.
